We provide refunds and returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. We apologize, but we are unable to provide you with a complete refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, in the same state as when you acquired it, and in its authentic packaging.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
It should be noted that some products cannot be returned. These include combustible liquids or gases, hazardous chemicals, intimate or hygienic goods, and perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Furthermore, many health and personal care products, gift cards, and digital software are not returnable.
You will need a receipt or other proof of purchase to start a return. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds
